This applies to all direct hotel bookings made through vedikant.com or our reservations team.
Guests are required to review applicable booking and cancellation policies before confirming a reservation.
Guests may be asked to furnish their form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Standard check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Additional services beyond your booking (laundry, minibar, spa, and safari) may incur extra charges, settled at check-out.

Operational Check-in Mandate: All incoming guests must show a government-issued photo identity card at the front desk.
Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Valid Driver's Licence.
A copy is retained at check-in in accordance with FRRO and state-tourism norms.

The following cancellation matrix applies to all direct bookings.

3 days or more before arrival	0%, Zero Fee	100% full refund to the original source.
Within 72 hours of arrival	100%	No refund, full booking value applies.
Guest No-Show	100%	No refund, total room inventory forfeited.
